1. All our items are assured to be brand new and carried with fully at least 12 months Warranty. (except the battery, battery warranty just has 3 months)
Free spare parts will be sent during the warranty period.
2. All products have been well tested and are in good condition of packing before shipment.
3. Please don’t return goods to us without contact. All return shipping charges should be paid by the buyer. We will provide a replacement or refund after confirmation.

5..For damage on arrival, please be cooperative to take photos or video on the damage and send to us for verifying and our engineer will find the problem asap to solve.
